Anthony J. Bottone
Owner/ Broker of Record
In 1980, Anthony "Tony" Founded Bottone Realty Group, Inc. and it has been going strong since then. Even in times of poor markets and downturned economy, Bottone Realty Group has not only survived but thrived under his guidance, all while competing against the big brokerages. He has kept this company small and like a family. He prides himself on the atmosphere he created of agents that truly work together as a family to give their customers the best response and friendly and effective customer service.
After years of work experience as a computer programmer while taking night classes at Rutgers University, Tony got sales experience selling malpractice insurance, as well as leadership experience as the Owner and President of Fox and Bottone Computer Company that provided payroll systems to local companies and municipalities. Tony obtained his real estate license in 1975 and started his real estate career with a local independent company. He quickly became a top producer and in 1980 decided to open his own agency.
For the next 37 years and counting, Tony has helped countless buyers find their dream homes and sellers sell their homes. He has sold out over 15 ENTIRE developments and closed very difficult multi-million dollar commercial deals as well as selling small bungalows for much, much less. No matter the scope of the project, Tony goes "All-In". You will NEVER meet another person with more enthusiasm and work effort than Tony Bottone.
Deanna Rose has been a Circle of Excellence Recipient every year for 30 years ranking her as one of the VERY top Real Estate Professionals in Monmouth Ocean Regional Realtors MLS. She has closed hundreds of deals over her long and arduous career and each one she has approached with a smile. But don’t let that million-dollar smile fool you, she can get tough when needed and will work for you literally night and day for results.
Deanna graduated from our local high school, Middletown High School North, and Rider College in Lawrenceville, NJ. where she earned a Business Degree in Industrial Relations. Her expertise is in contract negotiations. Her personality, genuine caring, and her ability to listen, made her a natural in sales where she excelled in Real Estate working side by side with her father and Broker of Record Anthony Bottone. Over the 37 years in business, Bottone Realty has competed against the big companies and not only survived but succeeded. There is absolutely no way that could have been possible without the hard work, professionalism, and service that Deanna was shown throughout the years.
Deanna Rose has recently passed away. She has been the backbone of our agency for many years, and we all miss her dearly. Everyone who has met Deanna has instantly fallen in love with her charm and wit, and has unequivocally become good friends with her, whether buying a home with her services or not.
She is our heart and soul, and we will miss her dearly. All the love for our Deanna Rose, who was taken from us too soon.
I have been a Sales Associate selling residential Real Estate for 17 years. I am ranked in the top 10% of all agents in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. Prior to that I owned my own business, worked in Manhattan for Merrill Lynch as a Real Estate Relocation Coordinator, and worked on the Mortgage Backed Security Desk. I have sold and closed all types of Real Estate transactions, including residential sales, new construction, land, and commercial properties.
I truly enjoy the work that I do. I love interacting with people. When seeing the results of all my knowledge, insight, and hard work coming together to close a deal, there is nothing more rewarding. When clients close on their dream home, or a great investment comes together, there is no better feeling for me. I know Real Estate is usually one of the biggest investments a person can make. Knowing this I am dedicated and committed to my clients from start to finish.
I have been a Middletown resident for 36 years and raised 4 children here. I was on the PTA boards of Thorne Middle School and St. Ann’s School. I was director of the St. Ann’s CYO. I enjoy being a part of the community and feel we all add to the success of our community. Meet the Team
My husband and I relocated from Pelham NY over 30 years ago and have never looked back! We reside in Middletown NJ and have happily raised our twin boys there. I love the outdoors and am an avid hiker and equestrian. We also enjoy the beach year round, and love to walk our dogs there off-season. As a licensed real estate agent, I specialize in in first time home buyers, relocation , or the buyers/sellers who are ready to downsize. Fifteen years of previous experience as a customer service manager has prepared me well for all the current challenges of selling real estate right down to the smallest detail. From negotiating a sales price or preparing a market analysis, to speaking with attorneys, inspectors and mortgage representatives I personally handle every part of the sales transaction with professionalism. A home is one of the largest and most important investments a person will make in their lifetime and I make sure it is handled as such. Lara Krall is a life-long resident of Middletown, NJ where she lives with her husband and three sons. She graduated from Middletown High School North in 1988 and the University of Delaware in 1992 with undergraduate degree Physics. She worked for many years in the Color Technology Industry and honed her communication skills as a corporate trainer and expert in color measurement instrumentation for the textile, plastic, paint, and ink industries. She has developed her interest in interior design, staging, and architecture by taking many classes in these fields. Lara has a great eye for design and is instrumental in developing renovation plans for many of her clients, investors, homeowners, and buyers.
As the daughter of the founder and Broker of Record of Bottone Realty Group, Anthony J. Bottone, and sister of one of the top agents in the county for decades, Deanna Rose, Lara has learned from the best.
Patricia “Tricia” is a true professional and prides herself on her ability to focus on all details of your Real Estate transaction from start to finish. She specializes in working with clients that are relocating to the area. She is very aware that moving to a new state or new town can be a daunting task. She and her husband and three boys relocated to Middletown from Queens, NY and she has quickly fallen in love with the area. She will patiently take you to different neighborhoods and towns to help you decide what area is best for you and your family.
At the same time, Tricia’s experience closing homes for buyers and sellers makes her a qualified agent to help you with any of your Real Estate needs. Ryan hails from East Carolina University where he was an accomplished leader, President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, and a graduate with a B.A. in Public Relations. He has work experience at a CBS Affiliate WNCT in Greenville, NC as a top media and advertisement salesperson. He is a born leader and people magnet. His personality makes him a fast friend and his loyalty and caring makes him a lifelong friend to many.
Ryan has lived in Middletown his entire life and he has deep roots in Monmouth County going back 3 generations. He is bringing excitement to our family business bringing new ideas that are up to the challenge of a changing world. He is a natural leader and is quickly becoming our team motivator. He is specializing with investors looking to buy and flip homes, first time home buyers, and land development. Zachary Garrison, a tech savvy graduate of East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management grew a passion for Real Estate through the influence of his good friend and business associate Ryan Rose while attending University together. Zachary is originally from Greensboro, NC, but after spending a summer interning at Bottone Realty Group, Inc., he fell in the love with the Monmouth County area and realized that there was opportunity for both professional and personal growth.
Zachary is a member of the National Society of Collegiate Scholars and has held several positions in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity. His leadership positions ranged from titles such as Director Of Alumni Relations, Recorder, and he also served on the Executive Board for a year. On a daily basis, Zachary exercises his interpersonal and communication skills by constantly networking.
While having a background in construction, Zachary knew that Real Estate was something he could excel in. With his desired interest in detail and his competence in interior design, Zachary is sure he can help determine how you can get the top dollar from your home.
Michael Barber graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Business Marketing and a concentration in Digital Marketing. He is an ambitious, hardworking individual. During his time at Fairleigh he was a starter for the Div. I Men’s Basketball Team and he became a founding father of Kappa Sigma fraternity. He was also the team leader of an internship group at Bounce Exchange where he was able to hone his communication and leadership skills. These experiences have given him great marketing and time-management skills.
Michael specializes in all of our social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, as well as Zillow, Realtor.com, Trulia, and RedFin. He is highly skilled in showcasing your home in all of these platforms to give your home the most exposure to the savvy buyers of today. Being able to market his clients and their homes is something he excels in.
